Purse, wallet stolen from Kroger shopping carts

Two women separately reported their wallets stolen after leaving them unattended in shopping carts at Kroger on Skyline.
Margalo Altman, 59, Essex Drive, told police her wallet was taken from her purse when she walked away, leaving it in a cart Saturday afternoon. The red wallet was worth $20, it had $3 cash and three credit cards, Hopkinsville Police said. Hiroko McBride, 74, Rockcastle Road, reported losing $115 worth of belongings after someone took her purse while she was away from her shopping cart in Kroger. |
