Moral Dilemma

If you found money (say..$20) in the parking lot of a busy store, you pick it up....what do you do with it?

Some say, spend it, give it to someone, put it in the offering plate at church. Some say, turn it in to the store manager and check back later. What would the right thing be? what do you do?

When I first joined the Army I really didn't know how to use an ATM so I used to go the bank and pull all my money out so I would have it. One time after I pulled all my money out I stopped in at a gas station to get some smokes. As I walked out a homeless guy yelled to me, when I looked over he was holding a wad of hundreds. He had found all my money...over a fifteen hundred dollars. That was my rent, my gas money, grocery money, everything for two weeks. He was homeless. I walked over, got my money, and gave him three hundred dollars. When he found my money he was buying a 40....when he walked out he had four cases of beer. Could I have done the same? Probably not.....but that's just me.

I would keep it and thank God for the blessing.
