You're kidding, right? In an essentially rural state, with the history that Kentucky has....you're kidding, right?

I think fixing our towns flood problems would be nice to hear about. Everyone forgot about that as soon as the pool was done. Maybe we could just run our flood water over to the pool.....that would save money on that pool that no one wanted in the first place!
