Todd scores hurt by principal loss

Todd County Public Schools made minimal gains on statewide tests last year.
According to 2006-07 results from the Commonwealth Accountability Testing System (CATS), the district nudged its overall score to 79.7 points. The Kentucky Department of Education, which released the report last week, grades on a 140-point scale.
